Lisa Smith has worked at Bethany for over 20 years. She chose the school because it brings happiness to her to see students grow and learn and care for each other. Ms. Smith has also worked in photography and human resources.

Ms. Smith has two adopted, grown children, both of whom graduated from BCA. She is also blessed with five grandchildren. In her free time, she loves traveling, photography, and making jewelry.
